Il primo incontro...

In un'intervista, una volta, un famoso regista ha dichiarato che quello che lo emozionava di più in un film è raccontare il primo incontro fra i personaggi. Così si creava una magia unica: mentre i personaggi si scambiavano le prime parole, anche il pubblico poteva sperimentare l'emozione del loro primo incontro ...

Allora, ho pensato che per prima cosa sarebbe giusto mostrare autoritratti.

Sebbene io trovi più appagante ritrarre altri soggetti, l' ho dipinto a olio su tela nel 2011: un autoritratto dal vivo, osservandomi in uno specchio. Proprio per questo, ho preferito lasciarlo incompiuto, come fosse un esercizio.

On an interview one time, a famous film director  told that showing the first meeting among characters was the most exciting thing. So, the magic could happen: as they were talking for the first time, the audience were experiencing their same emotion too...

Therefore, I decided to show self-portraits. 

Though I find more intriguing to portray some one else, I painted it with oil colors on canvas in 2011: self-portraying just looking at myself in the mirror. That's why I let it uncompleted, as it were an exercise.
