Is there Life on Mars?

As a kid, I always thought Ziggy Stardust was the first kind of punk! 

I am working on a portraiture of Ziggy singing Life on Mars, with oil pastels and fine, black marker. 

This is the first time I am painting with this medium, and the experiment is a discover for me. 

I don't know where this portrait was leading me to, but it is colourful and exciting!
